How we do it
We are passionate problem solvers, nothing excites us more than solving business problems and help our clients achieve their objectives.
We understand that each business is unique and we do not impose cookie-cutter solutions to your business.
We bring the best of both worlds to the table, the traditional corporate world and the new digital world. Applying learnings from one to the other.
We also bring functional expertise along with ability to apply patterns from different sectors which might apply to your business.
We focus on outcomes and not just a plan. We also assist with execution and can get as hands-on as you require us to be.
How do we work?
Often post consulting engagements, good looking reports keep gathering dust on a CXO’s desk. Some estimates suggest that less than 50% of what consulting firms recommend to their clients is even attempted for execution, of which there would be some amount of failure of execution as well. We however, focus on outcomes and getting things done.
We are not shy of rolling up our sleeves and getting our hands dirty. If your engagement requires a detailed presentation or report, we will make one, if it doesn’t we will not waste time, effort and resources.
We are flexible in terms of physical presence in your offices. If it is required we will be there, if it is not we will not unnecessarily add to the out of pocket expenses. We are also flexible in terms of the engagement structure, fee structure, attempting unique and non-standard business problems and partnering in a fashion most suitable to our clients.
We will do what is required to be done to solve a business problem in an effective, ethical and time bound fashion.
Our values
Customer obsession
We believe in making the life of our customers as easy and as painless as we possibly can. We believe keeping customers first is one of the most optimal long term strategy for us.
First principles
Many a times we make problems more complex than what they really are. We believe that zooming out and analysing things from a fundamental perspective gives great insights and leads to better solutions.
Curiosity
We encourage curiosity and constant learning. We believe that asking questions is the right way to continuous learning, development and growth.
Idea meritocracy
We objectively assess ideas instead of confirming to the bias of the most senior person in the room. We are honest, we disagree and we have a framework to resolve disagreements and objectively choose the better idea in the room.
Structured thinking
In this age of too much information it has become more important than ever to be able to structure one’s thoughts. It is the only way one can make sense of things, analyse and arrive at reasonable conclusions.
Systems Approach
We believe that constant optimization and improvement (Kaizen), works better than a purely goals and objective driven approach. We do set ambitious goals but focus on building systems to achieve them.
Work ⊂ Life. Work ≠ Life
We strongly believe that each individual has to have a well rounded life, in order to give their best at work. We do put in extra hours, but only when we have to.
Impact
Impact is a powerful motivator for us. Our culture ranks real impact on organization and people at par with monetary benefits. We value individuals and organizations that recognize this.
Uncompromisable ethics
We believe that honest and transparent communication and ethical behaviour towards colleagues, clients and the community goes a long way in building sustainable trust and a healthy organization.

We encourage curiosity and constant learning. We believe no question is a stupid question and we like a culture where people ask questions. That’s the only way to growth and development.

As counterintuitive it might sound for consultants. We strongly believe that each individual has to have a well rounded life, and only then they will give their best at work. We do put in extra hours, but only when we have to.
Impact
Often in the melee of money and wealth an important factor such as Impact is forgotten. We prefer working on engagements which have impact on organizations and people. Making an impact is a very powerful motivating factor for us.
